Hailing from St. Louis, MO; Henry Armstead III joined the United States Air Force during Operation Desert Storm after graduating high school. 

Raised in a small town in southeast GA, Kadie McDuffie, was typically found on the runway dominating pageants since childhood. That experience at a young age provided opportunities to become a pageant coach as a teen, specializing in modeling lessons, hair, make up and interview.

Velossimo Racing (Austin, TX) is a Pro/Amateur cycling team formed in 2005 that consists of almost 60 members. They compete in races all over Texas and across the USA. All of the Velossimo teammates have full-time jobs, families, and commitments that pull them in many directions.

Growing up in a small town in southern Illinois, Ashley has always been a country girl at heart. As a teenager, Ashley was a cheerleader and a gymnast, as well as played volleyball and softball. In 2008, she began a new journey into the fitness world not knowing the amazing things that were soon to happen.

Born in Seattle, Washington, Chance Uptmore grew up as an only child in West, Texas, where he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially at the lake house. In his youth, Uptmore loved everything about the water; sailing, water skiing, tubing, boating, and just relaxing.

A skilled athlete with extensive experience as a personal trainer in South Beach, Florida, California and Michigan, Dean is looking forward to using his knowledge and experience to help Central Texans meet their goals at Austin F.I.T. Originally from Michigan, Dean played high school, college and semi-professional football. 

Trent Calavan grew up in a country Oklahoma town just outside of Oklahoma City.  The younger of two boys, Trent was always involved in outside sports from a very young age.  As he got older he would specialize in baseball and football and put his focus into that. 

Dawn grew up in Tinley Park, IL, just south of Chicago.  She began swimming at the age of 5 and throughout her childhood participated in many sports, including basketball, soccer, and dance. In college, Dawn was on the Northern Illinois University Division I Swim Team from 1998-2000.

Miller had his first professional fight on November 19, 2005 against Eddie Fyvie at Reality Fighting 10. Miller controlled the fight and earned a unanimous decision. Miller earned two more victories with Reality Fighting, with a rear naked choke victory over Kevin Roddy and an arm triangle choke victory over Joe Andujar.

A two-position football All-American (DT, FB) at Sacred Heart Griffin High School in Springfield, IL, Mitrione attended Purdue University where he finished seventh on the Boilermakers career tackles for loss list. The defensive tackle earned All-Big Ten honors in 2000 and during his final year at Purdue in 2001.

Miller began his mixed martial arts career in 2005, when he began training at Planet Jiu-Jitsu. He entered into the sport with a background in wrestling, which he had competed in from his childhood through high school, when he attended Sparta High School in Sparta, NJ.
