For a long time I didn’t listen to music while I worked out but then started to more often about a year ago and now I feel like I have to listen to music to workout. I connect music with emotion and I’ve found that when I listen to motivational music when I really need a kick in the pants it really makes a big difference for me to get started or get through my workouts.
